ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES

Friends for Life meets the third Saturday of every month from 2:00 to 3:30. Our program includes a greeting activity, worship time, a Bible-centered lesson, games, fellowship, snacks, and prayer. We welcome all adults with disabilities and their family members!

OUR PURPOSE

  • To reach out to adults who have intellectual and physical disabilities.
  • To provide a safe place to connect and make lasting friendships.
  • To help those with disabilities and their families realize God’s love and plans for them and experience the hope and joy that life in Christ brings.
  • To encourage them to use their abilities to serve each other and their community.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

1.  Everyone is made in the image of God and highly valued and loved by Him.


2.  Because all are fearfully and wonderfully made, those with disabilities should have the opportunity to learn and grow to their maximum God given potential.
